Tishspiration Digital Art License & Download Policy

Thank you for supporting original art!

When you purchase a Tishspiration digital artwork, you are purchasing a digital file for your personal enjoyment. The artist retains the copyright and ownership of the artwork.

Personal Use License

Your purchase gives you a non-exclusive license to use the digital artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may:

  • Download and save the purchased file for your personal use.
  • Display the artwork on your personal devices.
  • Print the artwork for yourself, including through a professional printing service.
  • Make more than one personal print for use in your own home or personal spaces.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or give away the digital file.
  • Upload the full-resolution file to file-sharing sites, stock-image services, or other platforms where others can access or download it.
  • Sell prints or other reproductions of the artwork.
  • Use the artwork on products or merchandise for sale.
  • Use the artwork for business, advertising, promotional, or other commercial purposes.
  • Claim the artwork as your own or remove the artist’s signature where one is included.
  • Use the artwork to create another product or digital file for resale or distribution.

Purchasing a digital artwork does not transfer copyright or ownership of the artwork. All copyright and intellectual property rights remain with Tish MacWebber.

Your Download

Your purchase includes the digital file described on the individual product page. The watermarks used on Tishspiration website preview images are not included on the purchased artwork.

Because this is a digital product, no physical item will be shipped.

Please save a backup copy of your purchase after downloading it.

Printing

Colours and appearance may vary slightly between screens, printers, papers, inks, and professional printing services. Tishspiration cannot guarantee the results produced by third-party printers.

For the best results, use the file specifications and aspect ratio provided on the individual product page when choosing your print size.

Digital Purchase & Refund Policy

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, digital artwork purchases are generally considered final once the file has been delivered or downloaded.

However, if you receive an incorrect or corrupted file, experience a technical problem accessing your purchase, or are accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact Tishspiration so the issue can be reviewed and corrected.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that may apply under applicable consumer protection law.
